CSG: Results of Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders 2008

Sai Gon Cable Corporation has disclosed the results of its Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on 16/03/2009. The following resolutions were approved:

1. Move the listing of CSG to HOSE

2. Supplement the Business Registration Certificate with the following business lines: Delivery, inland transportation, provide warehouse, lease land and office, trade in electronic equipment, refreegerators, monitoring equipment, wave generators, mobile phone components.

3. Short list of auditors for 2009:
