VTA: Business operation

Vitaly Joint Stock Company (VITALY) has informed of its business operation as follows:

* The company is in progress of relocating its factory in Tan Binh Dist. to the Binh Chuan Industry Zone, Binh Duong Province. The purpose is to implement the project of high-class apartment and office bulding at 2/34 Phan Huy Ich, Ward 15, Tan Binh Dist., HCMC.

* Plan after the Lunar New Year: the company was operated as usual on February 2nd 2009. Production will be officially done on February 12th 2009.

* The company has continued doing procedures to implement the project of VITALY complex area at 2/34 Phan Huy Ich, Ward 15, Tan Binh Dist., HCMC.
