MCV: Business result in Q4/2008

Cavico Vietnam Mining and Construction Joint Stock Company (CVCM.,JSC) has informed of business result in Q4/2008 as follows:

* Sales in Q4/2008 was VND18,349,478,722, decreasing VND11,780,987,336 equivalent to 39% compared to that in Q3/08.

* Reasons:

- A part of sales in Q4 was put in Q3, while red invoice was issued in Q4.

- There were some projects that had been completed in Q4, however, they had not been paid by investment owners. The amount will be done in Q1/09.

- Profit in Q4/08 (VND2,224,353,239) increased 72.2% in comparison with that in Q3/08 (VND932,966,459).
