VIC: Resolution of the shareholders’ meeting

Vincom Joint Stock Company (VINCOM JSC) has informed resolution of the shareholders’ meeting under a ballot as follows:

Article 1: Approving supplement of businesses including real estate brokerage, evaluation, trading floor, advisory, advertising and management of real estate.

Article 2: Approving change of members of the Supervisory Board

* Dismissing the position of a member of the Supervisory Board of Mr. Hoang Van Son from the valid date of the resolution.

* Appointing Mr. Dinh Ngoc Lan to be a member of the Supervisory Board from the valid date of the resolution.

Article 3: Approving change of BOD members

* Appointing Ms. Mai Huong Noi to be BOD member instead of Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong Lan from 10th October 2008.

* Appointing Ms. Nguyen Dieu Linh to be BOD member instead of Mr. Tran Le Khanh from 30th November 2008.

* Appointing Ms. Pham Hong Linh to be BOD member instead of Mr. Pham Van Khuong from 30th November 2008
