TAC: Change of Director

Tuong An Vegetable Oil Joint-stock Company has appointing Mr. Huynh Van Nho – head of the technical department to be Director of the Phu My Oil Factory instead of Mr. Cao Minh Phu for the term of 2009-2011 from 2nd February 2009.

Reason: On 10th January 2009, Mr. Cao Minh Phu submitted his resignation letter.
