SSC: A BOD member resigns

Southern Seed Corporation (SSC) announced the resignation of a BOD member as follows:

1. On January 22nd, 2009, the Board of Directors of Southern Seed Corporation accepted the resignation of Mr. Luu Bich Hoai Thi. He resigned from the board for his personal reason.

2. The decision took effect as of January 1st, 2009.
