ST8: Capital transference

Sieu Thanh Joint-Stock Corporation has informed of transferring capital as follows:

* The BOD has decided to transfer its capital in the Huong Thanh Joint Stock Company to Mr. Yung Cam Meng. Total value is VND1,393,600,000.

* Authorizing Mr. Do Quoc Lam – Director to implement transference procedures.
