Saigon Bank permitted to increase charter capital

The Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam issued Document No. 664/NHNN-CNH on February 3, 2009 to allow the Saigon Joint-Stock Commercial Bank (SCB) to raise its charter capital to VND 1,118,333,000,000 by the means of its convertible bonds issued in 2007.

SCB is required to register and publicize its new charter capital in accordance with the existing law.
