Tu Liem Urban Development Joint Stock Company (LIDECO) has informed of business result in Q4/2008 as follows:

* Profit before tax in Q3/08: VND7.341,680,887

* Profit before tax in Q4/08: VND126,101,475,689

* Increase: VND118,759,794,802

* Profit in Q4/2008 increased 1,617.61% in comparison with Q3/2008.

* Reason:

In Q4/2008, the company completed procedures and handed over construction projects which it is the investment owner.
