SSC increases the rate of dividend payment
On January 22nd, 2009, the Board of Directors of Southern Seed Corporation (SSC) adopted the adjustment to increase the rate of dividend payment from 12% to 15% (the company paid 12% and will pay an another 3%) after distributing to funds.
The adjustment will be submitted for approval at Annual Shareholders’ Meeting 2009. The payment rate is based on the business operation result as follows:
