IFS: Extension for submitting Q4 financial statement

Interfood Shareholding Company (INTERFOOD) has informed of extending time of submitting the Q4 financial statement till 28th February 2009.

Reason: The company is in progress of transferring 70% of capital of the Interfood Pack Co. Ltd. to a new contractor. Thus, it needs more time to check figures and transfer capital.
