REE: Business result in January 2009

Refrigeration Electrical Engineering Corporation (REE) has informed of REE Group’s business result in January 2009 as follows:

+ In January 2009, net revenue of the group was 58.72 billion dongs, gaining 65.48% in the comparison with the same period last year and 4.19% of 1,400 billion dongs expected in 2009. Profit before tax was 20.07 billion dongs, equal to 114.41% compared with the same period of 2008 and 8.03% of 250 billion dongs expected in 2009.

+ In 2009, the Board of Directors will submit the 2009 business plan to Annual Shareholders’ Meeting for approval, with the following main issues:

- Net revenue: 1,400 billion dongs

- Profit before tax: 250 billion dongs
