HLA: Violation of insider trading

Mr. Nguyen Van Ngan who relates to Mr. Nguyen Van Binh – member of the Supervisory Board of the Asia Huu Lien Joint Stock Company (ASIAHULI JS CO) bought 8,000 HLA shares from 19/01/2009 to 20/01/2009 without announcement. On 20th January 2009, HOSE sent an official document to Mr. Nguyen Van Ngan in order to require him to give explanation on this matter.
