HLA: Violation of inside trading

Mr. Bui Quang Hoi, who relates to Mr. Bui Quang Hiep – a BOD member of ASIA HUU LIEN JOINT STOCK COMPANY (CATOUR), bought 1,500 HLA shares on 12th February 2009 without announcement. On 18th February 2009, HOSE sent an official document to Mr. Bui Quang Hoi in order to require him to give explanation on this matter.
