E-Viet Securities Corp.: Change in ownership, Manager and legal representative

Based on official correspondence No. EVS/DHDCD/M090122 on 22/01/2009 of Share holder Meeting, E-Viet Securities Corporation announces the change in ownership of more ten percent of charter capital, change in management and change in legal representative, in which:

1. Change in ownership of more ten percent of charter capital:

- Transferer:

+ Viet Phat Investment JSC: 1.100.000 shares, equaling VND 11.000.000.000 by par value (29,76% charter capital)

- Transferee:

+ Mr. Nguyen Tuan Duong: 1.100.000 shares, equaling VND 11.000.000.000 by par value (29,76% charter capital)

2. Change in General Manager:

+ Mr. Do Anh Duc has been appointed Standing General Manager in place of Mr Nguyen Huu Quang with effect since 23/01/2009

3. Change in legal representative:

+ The new legal representative of E-Viet Securities Corporation is Mr. Nguyen Tuan Duong (Chair of Board) in place of Mr. Nguyen Huu Quang (General Manager).
