DongA Bank has best ICT infrastructure                       

DongA Bank has staked a strong claim to having the best ICT (Information and Communication Technology) infrastructure in Vietnam as the only lender featured at the first Ho Chi Minh City 2008 ICT Award.

The HCMC-based bank operates more than 1,200 automated teller machines (ATM) across the country, according to a press release.

DongA Bank, founded in 1992, has a chartered capital of VND1.6 trillion (US$99.3 million) and total assets of more than VND27.62 trillion ($1.7 billion).

The HCMC 2008 ICT Awards was held by the city People’s Committee and the Department of Information and Communications.
