DIC Investment and Trading Joint stock Company (DIC–INTRACO) has changed the representatives of contribution capital of DIC Corp. as follows:

* Before change:

- Owning volume of DIC Corp.: 720,000 shares

- The representatives of DIC Corp.: Mr. Dinh Ngoc Ninh and Mr. Nguyen Van Quyen

* After change:

- Current owning volume of DIC Corp.: 1,260,000 shares

- The representatives of DIC Corp.:

+ Mr. Nguyen Van Quyen presents for 30% of capital

+ Mr. Nguyen Duc Hai presents for 30% of capital

+ Mr. Duong Dinh Thai presents for 40% of capital
