HBD – violation of insider trading

Mr. Tran Van An, who relates to Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Huong - BOD member of Binh Duong PP Pack Making Joint Stock Company (HAIPAC BINHDUONG), bought 3,000 HBD shares on January 16th 2009 without announcement. On January 20th 2009, HOSE sent an official document to Mr. Tran Van An in order to require him to give explanation on this matter.
