VPL: Violation of inside trading

Ms. Nguyen Thu Phuong, who is the member of Supervisory Board of the Vinpearl Tourism and Trading Joint Stock Company (Vinpearl JSC), bought 2,000 VPL shares from 23/12/2008 to 31/12/2008 without announcement. On January 6th 2009, HOSE sent an official document to Ms. Nguyen Thu Phuong to require her to give explanation on this matter.
