HBD: Violation of inside trading

Ms. Mai Huong, who relates to Mr. Mai Van Binh – chairman of BOD of the Binh Duong PP Pack Making Joint Stock Company (HAIPAC BINHDUONG), sold 12,390 HBD shares from December 1st 2008 to December 5th 2008 and bought 700 HBD shares on January 8th 2009 without announcement. On January 13th 2009, HOSE sent an official document to Ms. Mai Huong to require her to give explanation on this matter.
