REE: Contribute capital to BTF

Refrigeration Electrical Engineering Corporation (REE) has informed of contributing capital to BAO TIN FUND MANAGEMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY (BTF) as follows:

* Chartered capital of BTF: VND50 billion

* Add: 14th floor, CitiLight Building, 45 Vo Thi Sau, Dist.1, HCMC

* Owning volume of REE at BTF before trading: 1,300,000 shares, 26% of chartered capital of BTF

* Owning volume of REE at BTF after trading: 1,780,000 shares, 35.6% of chartered capital of BTF

* Total owning volume of REE at BTF: 3,080,000 shares, 61.6% of of chartered capital of BTF
