* Ex-right date:     09/02/2009   

* Record date:      11/02/2009

* Purpose: the first dividend payment in advance for 2008

* Exercise ratio: 12%/par value (VND1,200/share)

* Payment date: 25/02/2009

* Place of recieving dividend:

- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where shares have been deposited.

- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Fimex VN, 1A highway, Ward 2, Soc Trang City, Soc Trang Province.

Viet Nam Securities Depository – Hochiminh Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for FMC on February 10th, 11th & 12th 2009.
