PVT: Approval in principle for listing stock

On January 9th, 2009, Petrovietnam Transportation Corporation (PV TRANS) was approved in principle to list additional 75,600,000 shares on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange. The company will fulfill necessary documents soon to complete the procedure.
