OPC: Adjusting profit of 2008

OPC Pharmaceutical Joint-Stock Company (OPC) has informed of resolution of the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting with the following contents:

* Adjusting profit before tax of 2008 from VND41.8 billion to VND38 billion

* Appointing Mr. Nguyen Chi Linh – chairman of the BOD to be the legal representative of the company.
