PRUBF1: Change of the ex-right date

According to the new announcement of holidays on Lunar New Year 2009, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange will temporarily suspend the trading activities from Monday, 26th January 2009 to Friday, 30th January 2009; and the trading activities will be arranged as usual from Monday, 02nd February 2009. Therefore, Prudential Balanced Fund 1 (PRUBF1) changes the ex-right date for Annual Meeting 2008 as follows:

* Ex-right date in the previous announcement: January 30, 2009

* Record date: February 03, 2009

* New ex-right date: January 23, 2009
