Me Kong Securities Corporation (MSC) has informed of share transference and change of BOD members as follows:

1. Share transference with over 10% of chartered capital:

* Transferers:

- IndoChina Capital Coporation had transferred 1,078,000 shares (par value: VND10,780,000,000)

- Mr. Nguyen Viet Ha had transferred 507,500 shares (par value: VND5,075,000,000)

* Transferee:

- Mr. Nguyen Hong Vu had received 1,585,500 shares (par value: VND15,855,000,000).

2. Change of BOD members:

* Dismissing the following members:

- Mr. Richmond Mayso-Smith III;

- Mr. Christopher Ramton.

* Appointing new members:

- Mr. Alex Okum;

- Mr. Igor Kan;
