HaSTC notices the record date for Dividend Payment as follows:

- Par value: VND 10,000
- Stock type: common stock
- Record date: 13/01/2009
- Ex-date:
+ For T+3 transactions: 09/01/2009
+ For T+2 transactions: 12/01/2009
(Note: For T+1 transactions, buyers still enjoy the rights for transactions on .09/01 and 12/01/2009)
- Reasons: further dividend payment
- Exercise rate: 11% (shareholders receive VND 1,100 for every share they own)
- Expected exercise date: 11/02/2009
- Place of payment,:
+ For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been depostied.
+ For undeposited shares: Accounting Division of the Company – No 10, Thai Thih, Hanoi on working days from 13/01/2009..
Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.
Vietnam Securities Depository suspends the depository of HSC on 12/01, 13/01 and 14/01/2009.
