TMS: Offer Price

Transforwarding Warehousing Joint Stock Corporation (TRANSIMEX – SAIGON) has informed of determining the offer price as follows:

* Average close price from December 24, 2008 to January 02, 2009: VND39,140.

* According to the plan, the offer price will be down 50% compared with the market price but not less than VND30,000 a share. (The market price is equal to the average close price of 10 consecutive trading days after the date of receipt of the license for the issuance.)

* Therefore, the Board of Directors of TRANSIMEX - SAIGON decided to offer 1,904,400 shares at VND30,000 a share.
