VTB: Result of buying back stock

Viettronics TanBinh Joint Stock Company (VTB) completed the repurchase of stock to increase treasury shares:

* Number of treasury shares before trading: 221,520 shares

* Number of shares registered to buy back: 300,000 shares

* Bought shares: 298,170 shares

* Number of treasury shares after trading: 519,690 shares

* Trading period: August 25, 2008 to November 25, 2008

VTB did not buy all shares as registered because the trading volume of VTB stock was low and the investors’ offer prices were higher than the price set for the repurchase.
