* Number of fund certificates hold by PVFC currently: 2,460,000 fund certificates (4.92% charter capital)

* Number of fund certificates registered to sell: 2,460,000 fund certificates

* Number of fund certificates hold by PVFC after trading: 0 fund certificates

(However, PetroVietnam Finance Joint Stock Corporation - Hochiminh City Branch is still holding 2,500,000 PRUBF1.)

* Trading period: December 18, 2008 to February 18, 2009

* Trading method: order matching or put through

* Purpose: to restructure portfolio.
