VC3: Board resolution

On 15/12/2008, the following resolutions of the Board of Directors of Construction JSC No. 3 were duly passed:

1. Hanoi city’s People committee decided to recover 27,532m2 area of land in No. 310 Minh Khai – Hanoi to hand over to the company to build the complex of office, public service, housing and school.  The total value of the project is worth over VND 585.033 bil. The Board of directors commited to transfer ownership of assets attached to land use right of 21 floor building which belonged to the Investment project of construction of office, public service, housing and school complex in No. 310 Minh Khai – Hanoi. On 11/12/2008 the company and VTC online communication JSC signed the contract on commitment to transfer the 21 floor building of the Investment project of construction of office, public service, housing and school complex in No. 310 Minh Khai – Hanoi to VTC online communication JSC being worth VND 392,062,500,000.

2. Make the final list of the shareholders to pay dividend of 2008 round 1 at the rate of 15%. (The shareholders will receive VND 1,500 for every share they own.)
