HaSTC notices the record date for dividend payment of V11 as follows:

-         Name of the issuer: Construction JSC No 11

-         Stock code: V11

-         Par value: VND 10,000

-         Stock type: common stock

-         Record date: 9/1/2009

-         Ex-date:

+ For T+3 transactions: 7/1/2009

+ For T+2 transactions: 8/1/2009

(Note: For T+1 transactions, buyers still enjoy the rights for transactions on 7/1/2009, 8/1/2009)

-         Reasons: Dividend payment for the first round of 2008 in cash

-         Exercise rate: 14% (shareholders receive VND 1,400 for every 1 share they own).

-         Exercise date: 6/2/2009

-         Place of payment:

+ For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been depostied.

+ For undeposited shares: Shareholders will receive dividend in Construction JSC No 11

since 6/2/2009. Identification Card (original copy) are required.
