TMS: Record date for additional assuance

TRANSIMEX – SAIGON announced the record date to offer shares to existing shareholders:

* Name of the listed firm: Transforwarding Warehousing Joint Stock Corporation (TRANSIMEX – SAIGON)

* Stock symbol:   TMS

* Stock type:       Common stock

* Par value:     VND10,000

* Ex-right date:     January 06, 2009

* Record date:      January 08, 2009

* Apportion ratio: 1:1 (The one who owns 1 shares will receive 1 right to buy stock.)

* Exercise ratio: 10:3 (The one who owns 10 rights at the record date is entitled to buy 3 new shares. The volume will be rounded down. The undistributed shares and fraction parts (if any) will be offered to other objects at the price not less than price sold to the existing shareholders.

The leftover shares after offered to all investors will be cancelled.

For example, at the record date, shareholder Nguyen Van A currently owns 119 shares, the calculation as follows:

- The number of shares distributed in theory: (119 x 3)/10 = 35.7 shares

- The number of shares in practical: 35 shares

* Issue price: The issue price will be down by 50% compared with the market price but not less than VND30,000 a share. The market price of stock TMS will be the average closing price of 10 consecutive trading days after the date of receipt of the license for the offering by the State Securities Commission.  

* Time to transfer rights: from January 22, 2009 to February 24, 2009

* Time to register and deposit to buy shares: from January 22, 2009 to February 26, 2009

* Estimated trading day: March 30, 2009

- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Transforwarding Warehousing Joint Stock Corporation (429 Vo Van Tan St., Ward 5, Dist.3, Hochiminh City)
