SD5: Board resolution

On 19/12/2008, the following resolutions of the Board of Directors of Song Da 5 JSC were duly passed:

1. Postpone the time of private placement with 2,006,000 shares to increase the charter capital from 60,940,000,000 VND to 81,000,000,000 VND. (As planned in QIV/2008 to QI/2009).

2. Report the postponement to 2009 annual general meeting of shareholders (expected QI/2009)
