SBV Governor appoints members of Special Working Teams to support SMEs
The Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Decisions No 3101 and 3102/QD-NHNN on Decmeber 10 to appoint the members of the Special Working Teams to support small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The decisions take effect on the day of signature.
Under the decisions, two teams are located in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City to coordinate with professional associations in the two cities to timely resolve difficulties and problems of SMEs in getting access to loans of credit institutions
For the Ho Chi Minh City Team, the Governor appointed Mr. Nguyễn Hoàng Minh, Deputy Director General of the SBV Branch in Ho Chi Minh City as the team leader. Other team members include Mr. Nguyễn Công Hùng, Manager of the Project Assessment and Loan Processing Division of the SBV Credit Department; Mr. Nguyễn Văn Xuân, Senior Supervisor of the SBV Supervision Department; Mr. Nguyễn Chí Sinh, Senior Supervisor of the SBV Branch in Ho Chi Minh City; and Mr Trịnh Quang Nam, Specialist of the SBV branch in Ho Chi Minh City.
For the Special Working Team in Ha Noi, Mr. Nguyễn Văn Hưng, Deputy Director General of the SBV Hanoi Branch has been appointed the team leader. Other team members are Mrs. Hà Thu Giang, Deputy Manager of the Credit Division of the SBV Credit Department; Mr. Bùi Trọng Liên, Deputy Manager of the Joint-Stock Commercial Banks Supervisory Division of the SBV Supervision Department; Mrs. Trịnh Thị Ngọc Lan, Deputy Manager of the Economic Research Division of the SBV Hanoi Branch; and Mr. Lê Hồng Vân, Deputy Manager of the Supervision Division of the SBV Hanoi Branch .
The two teams will work on a full time basis in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City for 3 months from December 10, 2008.
