1.  Mr Richmond Mayo-Smith III, Mr Christopher Rampton resigned from Member of Board of Director.

- Mr Alex Okun, Mr Igor Kan, and Mr Chris Morgan Jones has been appointed Member of Board of Director with effect since 12/12/2008

2. As approved by the SSC, MeKong Securities Corporation announces the change in ownership of ten or more percent of charter capital, in which:

- Transferer:

+ Indochina capital Corporation: 1.078.000 shares ( equaling VND 10.780.000.000 by par value)

+ Mr. Nguyen Viet Ha: 507.500 shares (equaling VND 5.075.000.000 by par value)

- Transferee:

+ Mr. Nguyen Hong Vu: 1.585.500 shares (equaling VND 15.855.000.000 by par value).
