LGC: Late listing of additional shares

LuGia Mechanical Electric Joint Stock Company (LUGIACO) has informed of late listing and trading of additional shares as follows:

According the issuance plan, the company would list and trade 5,000,000 additional shares on HOSE on December 9th 2008. Due to incompletion of listing procedures, the company will do the issuance at the beginning of January 2009.
