VNA: Violation of insider trading

Mr. Mai Quoc Huy, who relates to Mr. Mai Xuan Ngoat – Deputy Director General of Vinaship Joint Stock Company (Vinaship) bought 5,000 VNA shares on November 17th 2008 without announcement. On November 27th 2008, HOSE sent an official document to Mr. Mai Quoc Huy in order to require him to give explanation on this matter.
