KHP: Delay of a ballot for raising chartered capital

KhanhHoa Power Joint Stock Company (KHPC) has informed of delay of a ballot for raising chartered capital as follows:

On October 6th 2008, the company informed of the record date for the first dividend payment 2008 and a ballot for share issuance to raise chartered capital. However, due to incompletion of issuance procedures, the company has delayed a ballot.
