Tu Liem Urban Development Joint Stock Company (LIDECO) completed transactions to repurchase its own shares:

* Number of treasury shares before trading: 0 shares

* Number of shares registered to buy back: 300,000 shares

* Bought shares: 83,340 shares

* Number of treasury shares after trading: 83,340 shares

* Trading period: from September 19, 2008 to December 19, 2008

LIDECO did not buy all volume registered because the company had to pay land rental fee and disburse funds for projects.
