DQC: Violation of the insider

Ms. Ho Thi Kim Thoa, who is the BOD member and Director General of Dien Quang Lamp Joint Stock Company, bought 62,200 DQC shares from 04/9/2008 to 28/11/2008 without announcement. On December 17th 2008, HOSE sent an official document to Ms Ho Thi Kim Thoa in order to require her to give explanation on this matter.
