Transforwarding Warehousing Joint Stock Corporation (TRANSIMEX – SAIGON) has issued the resolution of General Meeting 2008 as follows:

1.  Setting up TMS Transportation Co., Ltd (*): 

* Chartered capital: VND16 billion

* Length of business operation: 50 years

2.  Setting up Transimex Saigon – Huu Nghi Joint Stock Company (*) in Bac Giang:

* Chartered capital: VND3 billion

* Length of business operation: 50 years

3.  Supplementing business activities: Repairing, maintaining and checking services for dry, cold containers and handling, transportation equipment.
