DHG: Violation of inside shareholder

Ms. Huynh Thi Kim Thanh, who is related to Ms. Huynh Thi Kim Tuoi - the BOD member of DHG Pharmaceutical Joint – Stock Company (DHG Pharma), sold 2,000 DHG shares on December 9th 2008 without announcement.

On December 12th 2008, HOSE sent an official document to Ms. Huynh Thi Kim Thanh in order to require her to give explanation on this matter.
