Deal inked to set up supermarket in Dong Nai
Supermarket chain Saigon Co.op and Tin Nghia Company, a state-owned developer, will build a US$1.2 million complex of retail markets in Dong Nai Province, according to a deal signed Monday.
Co.opMart Tan Bien, the retailer’s second outlet in Dong Nai Province, will be located in an area of 4,000 square meters and is scheduled to open in the third quarter of next year.
Under the deal, the two firms will set up a series of supermarkets in Tin Nghia Company developments in Dong Nai Province, according to a Saigon Co.op executive.
