VKP: Business result in Q3/08
Tan Hoa Plastic Joint Stock Company (VIKYPLASTIC Co.) has informed of business result in Q3/08 as follows:
* Profit after tax Q2/08: VND1,763,293,363
* Profit after tax Q3/08: VND487,444,682
* Profit after tax Q3/08 decreased 72.35% compared to that in Q2/08
Reasons:
- Advantages:
* Plastic material rapidly reduced in August and September.
* Decrease of bank interest
- Difficulities:
* Material decreased thus, all customers required to decline product prices.
* There was inventory of high-price materials while plastic price significantly decreased.
* Decrease of consumption due to inflation.
