OPC: Dividend payment in Cash
HOSE announces the record date for the second tranche of 2008 dividend of the following company:
* Name of the listed firm: OPC Pharmaceutical Joint-Stock Company
* Short name: OPC
* Stock symbol: OPC
* Stock type: Common stock
* Par value: VND 10,000
* Ex-right date: December 04th, 2008
* Record date: December 08th, 2008
* Purpose:
1. To pay the second tranche of 2008 dividend in cash:
- Dividend pay-out ratio: 6%/ par value (VND600/ share)
- Payment date: December 22nd, 2008
Place & procedure of payment:
- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at OPC, 1017 Hong Bang, Ward 12, District 6, Hochiminh.
2. To get shareholders’ ballots:
- Time: from December 14th, 2008 to December 31st, 2008
- Purpose: to get shareholders’ options on adjustment to some issues of the 2008 plan and change of the company’s legal representative.
Vietnam Securities Depository _ HCMC Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for OPC on December 5th, 8th & 9th, 2008.
