VHC: Borrows VND600 billion

On October 31st, 2008, the Board of Directors approved Decision No. 423/2008/QD-VH on lending VND600 billion from The Bank for Foreign Trade of Viet Nam (Vietcombank) – Hochiminh City Branch in order to raise the company’s working capital, VinhHoan Corporation announced.
