SGT: Set up a new company

Saigon Telecommunication & Technologies Corporation (SAIGONTEL) has informed of setting up a new company as follows:

The Saigon Vi Na Telecommunication Garment Joint Stock Company has chartered capital of VND200 billion. It is located at 300A-B Nguyen Tat Thanh, Ward 13, Dist.4, HCMC.

The company has 3 foundation shareholders, including:

* SAIGONTEL: 52%

* Vietnam National Textile and Garment Corporation: 30%

* Kinh Bac City Development Share Holding Corporation: 18%

The Saigon Vi Na Telecommunication Garment Joint Stock Company is set up for investment and management the Vinatex – SaigonTel building with total area of 53.000m2. It includes trading center, leased offices and high-class apartments.
