1.       Two Directors have been appointed for  2005-2008 term, including:

-          Mr. Doan Ngoc Cuong born in 1966

-          Mr. Pham Van Sa born in 1973

2.       Mr. Nguyen Hong Tuan, who was born in 1977, has been appointed Member of the Supervisory Board for 2005- 2008 term.

3.       Mr. Nguyen Dung has been appointed Deputy General Manager and Mr. Le Quang Luc has been appointed Chief Accountant with effect from 15/10/2008.
