SJC: Management changes

Song Da No 1.01 JSC announces management changes as follows:

-          Mr. Nguyen Van Toan, representative of VND 1.5 bil equity of Song Da No 1 JSC in SJC, has been appointed the Chief of the Supervisory Board of the company

-          Mr. Bui Duc Quang – Chief Accountant has been appointed to Director with effect since 1/10/2008.

SJC will ask for approval of the management change by General meeting of shareholders at the soonest meeting.
